so far so good. keep up the excellent work. im no expert when it comes to juice fasting but i have heard that one rule is not to mix veggie and fruit juices together. only apple is the exception. however this is not adheared to by all juicees. i followed the instructions of a health coach who suggested at least half of my juices should be veggie and half fruit. not mixing the two and the more greens i juiced the better. i detested the veggie juices but the one i managed the most of was carrot, spinach and apple. this was pretty much my base and i added things to it like beets, cucumber zucchini fresh herbs adn garlic occasionally. i loved pineapple mango juice also just straight orange or orange lemon and ginger. dazzles juice journal has loads and loads of recipes and she was far more daring with the juices. i wish you well on this journey. the first few days are pretty tuff for most people so you are doing really well so far. i like the sound of your kitchen. i too love to cook and always changing things up. i found the juice fast gave me a bit of a break and a new found appreciation of food after i was finished.
