Like But God just asked: I thought distilled water was the way to go on a fast.
Early in January I went on the Master Cleanse (lemon juice & cayenne) for three days. The recipe I used specifically said use distilled water.
I have been using distilled on my previous juice fasts.
I am glad this issue was brought up, since other people are saying the distilled was a factor in their fatigue problems.
