So I ran across your blog, and the first thing I read was day 1, than I jumped to day 30 and the sound coming from your words from day 1 and 30..WOW what a dramatic difference. I wanted to give you a wonderful shout out and a congrats on not just making it 30 days but the new found happiness you have aquired. I remember the first time I did a juice fast I too needed to loose 30 lbs, there is nothing better than the feeling of being on the JF. The energy, the happiness, the non-depressed feelings and the feeling of "thin" and empty and healthy I was just overjoy'd with exactly what you said because I too was there at one point. I am on day 2 of a 30 day fast..round 2 but this time it's personal =) because I lost 30 lbs the first time on a 30 day fast, went down to a size 8 looked terrific and I gained it back..BECAUSE i went back to poor eating so I am mad at myself =( but I am on day 2 and I feel WONDERFUL. I would recommend some liver cleanse's to help you finish off the 6 lbs needed to get to 30, the cleaner the liver the better digestion when you return to eating. I just had to pop in and Congratulat you on such a wonderful reward......Cheers!
