i spent all that time reading about all your woeful problems... which to me seemed to stem mostly from a very overactive mind... (for the best way in the world to find problems is to simply look for them... but some of them are undeniably ligit)... anyhow... when you get to the punch line... you have it all figured out yourself... lol... and that is so cool... lol... ;-)

but i do have one or two suggestions that you might want to consider... all the allergies should prove to be toxicity of sorts... and cleanses (especially liver flushing) should resolve those... but you fear ms... and this is the main thing i wish to share with you... i read an article (one of 9thbodys' blogs) that went into depths about an herb/spice that is very popular in idia and seems to have a wide array of uses... "TURMERIC"... and as i recall is supposed to be a cure for ms... as ms is almost non existent among indian peoples... i cannot quote the article because i do not have it in front of me at the moment... but would simply like you to add this little tidbit of info to your repertoire... (but as for me personally... my ill feelings... and expecially absent mindedness... seems directly proportional to the amount of rest/sleep i've been getting)...

for some odd ball reason i always find your articles delightful... lol... ;-)
