I want to congratulate you first of all for your wonderful feat. You are a blessed miracle. I would like to chat with you about your methodology that that proved to be so successful for you. What was your protocal for making, and carring the drinks daily? Did you use one a one gallon glass jug, or did you put everything in individual containers. Did you work out? How did your prayers play a role? What did you do mentally to ensure yourself that you could go that long? What's next for you on the cleansing horizon?
