You obviously lost a lot of weight--congratulations! = ) 47 days on
the MC is an awesome accomplishment. Liver flushing and colemenmas are also great ways to improve your health by: removing liver stones, cleaning old impactions out of your colon and make your body run more efficient. Each of these things will make you lose even more weight and greatly improve your entire life and outlook as a person. Not to mention your digestive system & hormones will be in great condition and you will probably be able to keep the weight off permanently through your efforts. Also diet is important too and the last person who responded stated it perfectly. You should go for the liver flushing and colenema/colonics! You're definately a fighter and I like that a lot! Be proud of yourself and stay excited because you have more perseverence than 99% of people on this planet to do 47 days of the MC! = ) Rock on!
