I am thinking about going sugar free. Alcoholics have to give up their vice permanently, drug addicts the same, sugar/carb addicts??? Maybe we have to consider that there should never be Ben and Jerry's in our Fridge again.
It's me, "Fasting For Unhealthy Reasons".
P.S. Ben and Jerry's just reeks of overeating. That is what I think every time I buy it. They binge on food too, the must, because this stuff is an overeaters dream.
