I used to be a juicer for a good quick flush but have switched to the Fat Flush Plan.
It has worked well for me i've lost fat, cellulite and a couple of inches in a few weeks. I stumbled upon the book The Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman while staying with a friend. It made sense so I tried it and it works!! I now know why juicing alone is not the key to disolving fat. hope this helps you. good luck with your plan and all endeavors.
