I've been reading lately that we contract dis-ease when our frequency is out of balance, when our soul suffers from experiencing something traumatic, when our mind, body and Spirit is misaligned, when our energy field becomes 'dirty', and that we're blocking good energy from entering but harboring bad energy inside of us.
Is this all the same?
It's not so much about "good" energy or "bad" energy as these are only dualistic terms based on belief systems and experience (very realtive). It is more about restricitve "blocking" energy vs expansive "creative" energy. Factor also into this the combined energies and whether or not they are coherent (balancned and harmonic) or do they contradict and clash (chaos). It is ALL about spirit as the physical realm is a projection created by our thoughts and experiences (neuro net). One must get clear...unfiltered so that coherent choices follow through to the other "realms." In otherwords, as we become coherent (clear) we make choices that harmonize such as good diet, empowering thoughts, etc. This cohereny then permeates the seconday realms that flow out of spirit into the physical, mental, emotional aspects...thus the human experience). We create our reality and as we are clear we can create a great one. If we are not clear then we can be influenced by a feedback loop of fractured realty (created reality ). We must take our ques from within and create an amazing life rather than take our ques from without and get caught in a victim model (feedback loop of a fractured reality).
I've seen a trillon different solutions on how to fix these, whether it be pendants, trinkets, machine or an individual's elaborate method that requires you to sign up for a medical session or a class in which to learn.
It is important to realize that nothing "outside" ourselves can heal us. However, the idea of something healing us can be very powerful as we have certain "agreements" with the combined collective conscious and our own subconscious and conscious mind. In otherwords our inner realm (spirit) can be adressed by the outer symbologies, but the work is always done (balanced) within. These "outer" symbols are like buttons that help push our inner mileu into alignement (cohernecy) as they point to a new inner conscious arrangement (balance). But true and lasting coherency comes from the intelligence (assimilation) of distinctions based on coherent and congruent thoughts (energies).
I know that cleaning up the body is the first step to becoming coherent, and working on the mind is a must, but can we fix our frequencies and energy fields and broken Spirits ourselves? Do we need the flashy jewelry or the CD's and videotapes explaining how to do it? Not that I don't believe in those, I am going to order the MegaChi pendant and I will be going to college for energy healing, but it seems that when I figure something out, when I get that 'Aha' moment, a doubt will arise or the latest contradictory 'finding' or theory will appear and it all falls to pieces. Though I study quite a bit, it feels as if its in vain because it all makes sense, but the words just create one big whirlwind.
The first step in taking the journey to coherency (ongoing) is to first realize that this is an important endeavor for your evolution. We can ONLY become coherent ourselves...noone can do this for us. They can point the way with words, but ultimately the journey is ours and can be very individual depending on what needs to be balanced, etc. Once you begin to build a coherent "plan" nothing will shred it because it becomes self evident (truth) and builds resonance as it becomes framed in context with the grander view.
Also remember "words" can only ever point to the truth but because they exist in the second aspect (projected reality) they are not the truth. One must experience truth from within and then project it outword to create a harmonious reality. Truth is hard to explain in the same way that I can not tell you what the colour red looks like but I can only point to it with haphazard word symbols.
How does one stop feeling so lost and just heal already?
By deciding to and being truely commited to balancing your consciousness. It starts as an inside job and flows outwords as we create our reality. The Holy trinity is this. THOUGHT------->WORD----------ACTION...in otherwords SPIRIT----->MIND---->BODY
Spirit wants to create...it forms the idea and then expresses it....then actualizes it in physical terms. This in essence is the main purpose for being here.
