which way is the spin onf the first rite in the southern hemisphere.
i read in a review of the video "The Fountain of Youth: Five Tibetan Exercises for Rejuvenation" that ,quote " This video deviates from Kelder's instructions in a few minor places. It does not even mention the 6th rite, which draws sexua| energy into the rest of the body for use in personal evolution. The twirling direction for the 1st rite is not given until the final 15-minute full routine: to the right for northern hemisphere, to the left for southern hemisphere. This point was not made during the instructional portion and the video was filmed in Australia or New Zealand, so I thought they had gotten the direction wrong! " unquote...i live in australia and it would seem from this that i am doing the first rite the wrong way .....is the spin to the left in the southern hemisphere...
