Switching to raw diet after a lifetime of cooked is a MAJOR transition. Not everyone can do it the first time they try (or the second or third). But I always come back to it, because when I really make a prolonged sincere effort, within weeks the benefits become no less than miraculous -- and somehow the food choices see easier and more delicious as well.
I've been a yo-yo raw eater for nearly 20 years, and every single time I return to raw diet from eating cooked the same thing happens: I think, "But what will I eat?" as if there are few choices available. But it's just because my mind is conditioned to the old choices.
If your new diets you try don't satisfy, I hope you'll try raw again one day. I have a feeling you will be glad you did -- especially if you have health issues.
Whatever you do (or eat), here's wishing you the very Best...!
Cheers,
Michele
