I'm glad someone else understands my eating disorder. I hate it. It's gotten me into a lot of trouble. I would LOVE to do Yoga and Meditation, but I'm so skittish, I ALWAYS have to be moving. Even when I'm ill, I'm doing something, such as studying or fiddling with game cards, or reading.. I can't find the quietness and peace needed. I watched this interesting show last night where teenagers that were charged with crime, or just troublemakers, were led out into the woods to have 'peace with themselves.' They were alone for 3 days with blankets, food, and water, just in the quiet to think. Three days drove them to breaking point, and in the end they realized that they were led astray in their life and came to accept themselves.. but the first two days was crazy for them! They wanted the radio, the TV, any sort of distraction to escape their thoughts. That must be how it is with eating disorders.. running from those emotions. Sorry, I tend to babble on this, LOL.
