During the recovery period lack of energy can be normal. At least I also have that and I consider myself normal. :) Also, this does seem to be the case for many others. I learned that from reading people's fasting testimonies. I don't know about the loss of breath. I'm guessing it could be caused by the fast, but it could mean something else. I don't have that problem when recovering. Someone may know on the water fasting forum.
