I empathize and have experienced many of the symptoms which you've described. I have written to the CDD in the hopes that they would refer me to a doctor in the Los Angeles, CA area. They were very prompt in answering, but unfortunately, do not keep a record of the doctors in the US, with whom they've worked. I wrote to Jackie from Bad Bugs, and received a very prompt reply from her as well, and although she could not suggest a dr. in LA, for me to contact, did have a suggestion as how I might find one. So my search continues.

The psychological isolation one feels as a result of these unwelcome guests, is greatly helped by blogs such as yours.
