Hi Food Critic, First, I just want to acknowledge that you must really care about people and their well being to be posting your concerns. Thank You. I just want you and anyone else who happens to read this to know my experience with Dr. David Jubb. I was diagnosed by a Doctor with systemic candida. Candida is a bacteria that lives in the intestine. It's job it to digest starches and sugars. So it is a good thing in its place. When a person takes to many antibiotics or eats too much processed foods, takes pharmaceuticals or has mercury amalgam fillings among other things, this kills the GOOD bacteria and for some reason leaves the Candida bacteria alone. Well, then we start craving sugars and starches because the candida wants to be fed and it keep growing out of control in the intestine till it becomes a mold and sends spores into the intestinal wall causing "Leaky Gut", (Systemic Candida), This mold gets into the blood and goes systemic. That is a bad thing. I should know. I suffered for many years because "Doctors" didn't know how or why this happened and did not understand the roll food plays in our health. Well, I could not eat anything accept steamed veggies and millet, pinto beans and almonds, coconut oil and some butter. Well, I ate a lot of that because I was so hungry all the time. I was not absorbing nutrients because the candida blocked that process and also the food I was eating was cooked and devoid of nutrients and enzymes. Although I felt better eating this than anything else I still felt sick and weighed from 90 to 95 pounds. I did this diet for 5 years with little results. Plus I was taking 500.00 a month worth of supplements. UggH! Then I read about Raw Foods and how many people have healed form eating only this way. So I started and felt yucky. Then I realized with more research that I just needed to do this raw food thing in a way that would heal what was going on in MY body. So I kept searching and found Dr. David Jubbs work. WOW!!!! I started eating the way he suggested and started to feel so so much better in one week. Then I met him at a raw food gathering in Ashland OR. and told him how much better I was but that I still needed help. I told him I didn't have much money because I had spent it all on other doctors and supplements with not results. He said he would give me a session and not charge me, or I could just pay what I could afford. He looked in my eyes, at my tongue, and read me like a book. He knew what was going on with me physically, emotionally and spiritually. Then told me what to do. I didn't have to buy one thing form him. Although I did buy his book which I still use even after 13 years. A year after meeting him he came to my town for two weeks and talked to us every night for 2 or 3 hours on how to use life foods to heal our bodies. He also taught us how to do the Gallbladder Flush and I have done about 25 of them over the past 13 years. I feel and look great!!!! I had terrible skin problems that cleared up and I gained 15 pounds. It was the only thing that helped me after many years and lots of money listening to doctors who knew nothing. David Jubb knows what he is talking about.

One more thing I want to point out. Dr David Jubb, tells it like it is and is very real and personable when giving talks and teaching. He lives his talk!!!! If it were not for him I would still be sick or worse, But the reality is I'm happy and healthy ! So, I just wanted you to know that so you might look into things a little more. I know he has helped many people and will continue to help them, so be careful not to discourage people who could benefit form his knowledge!
