Thanks for your comment and concern. I havent actually decided weather or not im going to follow a full water fast yet, as I have always held strong to the fact that anything that I do is going to be completely dependent on how I feel, meaning that even if juice fasting dosent work, I will stop. But at the moment (apart from feeling a little hungry) I feel fine (:

And I havent decided upon this route lightly, I have done my research, and have followed and studied many people who have done the same thing, and know that providing that you are healthy prior to starting any form of extreme diet, the consumption of liquids only (even water) in good proportions is ok in the short term (many people follow water fasts for as much as 30 or 40 days in order of detoxing their bodies.) But like I said if I feel any adverse effects on either a water of juice fast I will stop, as I know that nothing is worth my health, but at the moment I am enjoying the challenge and day 3, so far so good (:
