Hello!
I tried a water fast several years ago. (over 20yrs)
I was giving myself DAILY ENEMAS to help remove whatever was in my body. Can't recall how long I fasted,(9 to 11 days?)
or how far into the fast I was, but after several days of "pooping" just water, had something "plop" into the toilet. Think you may want to consider this as an assist in cleaning yourself out.
