Whatever your goals are, keep working toward them. It's hard but so worth it when you're done because you start with a clean slate. You can stert eating a raw or partially raw food diet or you can just stick with a "normal" sensible eating plan and really watch everything you put in your mouth. When I'm eating, I never go a single day without logging everything I put in my mouth- at least the calories if nothing else. You'll be less apt to make bad food choices if you truthfully will write down every little morsel you eat. You don't want "Hershey pie" or something like that staring you in the face for days!
