Awesome.. very encouraging! I am on day 3 of a total water fast myself, so far i have had headaches each day, and today my neck is very stiff. My main purposes for my fast are weight loss, healing of a neck injury i was taking meds for, for many months, and slight depression. As well of and most important, detox! After my fast I want to resume a very healthy diet with lots of veggies and fruits, and as much whole raw foods as i can. Look forward to the results! Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
