Hi i had my gallbladder removed and the pain in my right side got even worse and i was sick alot.The pn would hit e and be unbearable.I went to numerous drs to no avail until i got sent to this spaecialist.Ended up i had sphincter of oddi dysfunction.They ran a tube down my throat n checked the pressure in my ducts.Come to find out one of them was partially blocked which was causing the severe pain attacks so they made a small incision in the duct and put a stent in it.Ok I was pain free for a few months then the pain returned severe as ever went back to the same dr and come to find out my pancraetic duct was partially closed so they went thru the same procedure as b4 and i have been pain free ever since.
