Hi,
If you have low immune system, I suggest that you try to lift weight until the the weight you could lift is over 40-50lps and keeps doing it for > 6 months in a condition that you are strong enough to do this. My experience is that I was sick every month before my 19s but after 6 months lifting weight and avoid cold, flu medication , my T-killer now could kill any virus trying to enter my system.
For insomnia , better to buy the cassette " Breathing, the master key to self-healing"
of Dr. Andrew Weil which help me to sleep in 5s after 3 years can't sleep.
