Hey Ready2Rapture,

I was really happy to find a blogger who is not afraid to speak of Jesus or to examine the Word of God.

I was troubled, however, with the bad mouthing of Pastor Rick Warren, an easy target, I believe. But, knowing the Bible as you do, don't you believe you needed to talk to him about this first before writing it for the world to see?

Doesn't anyone deserve that?

And I think Jesus spoke about this: Matthew 18: 15-17 - "15"If your brother sins,[b] go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. 16But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that 'every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.'[c] 17If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector.

I know several very good things about Pastor Warren and I believe he "walks the talk" in how he does things. If he made a mistake by going to Syria (and that just might be), it was not for personal gain, I really believe that.
