Hi, I have just joined so I am very new to all this and English so bear with me, but have just found your blog and you are trying to do the same as me. I too am overweight, due to having a thyroid that does not funtion fully, so Im on medication for that which has just been updated, and now feel a little more alive, but recently found The Lemonade Cleanse, I too have been on it now for two days and feel fine. Maybe you should try it out too, cause the juice you are drinking may be full of sugar and with you being overweight like me, drinking this kind of stuff may lead to early diabetis if this is how you spell it, and at my age I want to steer clear of this kind of thing. Its only a suggestion that you try it out, Im not out to tell you what to do, just concerned that people think these juices are OK when theyre really not.
