Hey...
I'm not stuck at all. I'm better than 10 years ago and getting better every day.
Regarding acupuncture. I also did acupuncture a few times. It works by redirecting healing energy to certain organs in the body. After a few months and several hundred dollars spent, it didn't work at all for me. I think the problem was, I had no healing energy to give or redirect. I believe it works for some people, just not for me (or people who have low immunity or are sick).
I like iridology, but it's just a diagnostic tool. My master herbalist used it. I had a clean bill of health last time, woohoo.
Anyway, good luck with things.
