I also did the Humaworm and think it's a good parasite cleanse. Barefoots is a little more expensive but I think it's a little better. They are almost the same though, you take them for 1 month.

I'm not sure I like Humaworm's protocol though, at least for people that moderate or greater parasite trouble. I followed their protocol and took nothing for 3 months and the parasites invaded me fairly badly during that time. Barefoot says you should take a single dose once per week and you'll be parasite free for a lifetime. The parasites also will not get resistant on that one dose (that's why Humaworm says you have to go off them). Also, the barefoot oregano oil is supposed to be very excellent for that kind of thing as well, but not as complete as the dewormer.

Until I get more solvents out of my body (see Clark's book "The Cure to All Diseases"), I think I'm going to do Barefoot's protocol.
