I was the biggerst skeptic of all time when i did my first juice fast. i wasnt doing it for cleansing just purely weight loss. and if i got any added bonus well that was great. after 3 days i was sleeping better than i ever had in my life. after 7 days all of my eszema cleared up and my skin was soft and clear. after 12 days i had more energy than i ever had in my life. after 21 days i passed something rather large stinky and abnormal "mucoid plaque" or not i dont know but i know i felt better after it. after 30 days i cannot tell you how wonderfully clean i felt...and i lost the weigth. now 2.5 years later i know that 30 day fast/cleanse has changed my life. i am healthier for it. i have changed my eating habits, i have regular BM's everyday, and there are so many other benefits...emotionally i am more me i am stronger. during i was clearer and calmer some of which still lingers today.
so my message i really dont care what anyone says is or isnt true i know it worked for me. try it with an open mind and see what happens. honestly, the simple fact that you are not putting anything bad in your body for 1,3,10,40of however many days.... its gotta to be good for you!
