Thank you for reading AND enjoying my blog. It makes me happy to know you got something out of it! I didn’t have a scale on my fast because I didn’t want to become obsessed with weight loss. I was about 220 when I started and I lost close to 30 pounds. I didn’t exercise as I would have liked… I think I have an aversion :0) but I am working on that! I didn’t realize how much weight I gained, but after losing some, I am obsessed with losing more! I really and truly want to make health a lifestyle… but that is sometimes easier said than done.

Don’t worry about the weight; because you are not eating… it will definitely come off! Congrats on 9 days! I hope you are very proud of yourself! Doing my fast was such a wonderful experience… I did lose weight but I gained a much greater sense of self and of life.

I intend to do a 21 day fast very soon and I hope to see your blog out there for inspiration!
