Hey there fellow faster. Check out my blog on my water fast when you get a chance. I find that we are very similar in that we both have toddlers and weigh about the same, 230lbs. I am on day 2 of my fast but I have not determined whether I will go past 10 days of water fasting. I originally thought that I would do 10 of water and 10 of juice then 10 of water again but if day 2 is the hardest then this should be a breeze. My suggestion to you in terms of food prep for the baby is, see if you can get jar food during this time, if he/she will eat it. If not prepare food days in advance. Also, keep a bottle of water with you at all times. Some say to add a little salt for the PH balance and sea salt is the best. Stay motivated by reading other blogs and youtube videos on water fasters. One thing that has kept me motivated throughout today is a tip I read online which is to dedicate each fasting day to someone or something. Yesterday I dedicated Day 1 to my loving husband. Today I dedicated to a baby I miscarried 2 years ago and my brothers still born from 13 years ago, still a very sad and traumatic memory. I thought it was a strong enough cause to keep me focused. Tomorrow I might dedicate to our boys at war. Anyway e-mail me or hit me back on my blog.
