keep up the good work!! i am a 23 year old female, about to embark on my second water fast here in a couple weeks. i did a 20-day water fast in the summer of 2006 while i was on active-duty in the army at ft. benning, ga. i know how hard it is and can be. i definitely understand what you're saying about the preoccupation with food.. i used to fantasize about baked potatoes haha. you should find that after day 5 things get MUCH easier. i used to go for short walks to get the blood flowing and i would always feel a little better.. but as time goes by, it gets exponentially easier. stay tough! ps- do not go to a movie theater!! the popcorn smell ALMOST got to me- it was my worst temptation the whole time. ;) Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
