Hi...just found my way back to your place! I had been reading and saving so many places that I lost track of where I had been.
I started my cleanse again on Monday, the 10th. I am now on my fourth day and I'm doing well. I have had some detox symptoms but nothing too bad now. I am prepared to do 10 days and then am thinking of some kind of liver cleanse a week after I break my fast.
Hope that you did/are doing well on your fast. I am thankful that I found this site and the wonderful folks here...
