I too have Fibromyalgia. I was on pain meds as well as other meds for seven years. I have been off pain meds for almost a year now and other meds for several months. I too am overweight, something about the Fibro and chronic fatigue... I have been eating healthier for months and started the master cleanse yesterday. I got a horrid headache and broke my fast yesterday night and ate. I am going to start the cleanse again on Sunday.

I am most encouraged by reading this post as you are a fellow sufferer of Fibro. I know your pain and what you deal with daily. I applaude your courage and will remember it when I begin again. I just pray the headache is not as bad as I have chronic migraines also and don't deal well with headaches...
