Thanks for your encouraging words. I haven't been writing because I haven't been online which slightly ties into the spirituality aspect. I have not been watching TV, listening to radio, or using my computer during the fast. I went so far as to stop reading too. I tried my best to block all external influences and was able to evaluate truth from my own perspective. It is inexpressible how amazing it was to discover for the first time all accumulated opinions of other people I had assimilated into myself and mistaken for myself. These false beliefs were peeled away until I discovered the core of my being, not a cluttered jumble of assumptions, dogma, opinions, philosophies, or theories about the life, universe and everything. I admit I have not eaten in over 92 days and my reasoning and ability to explain are not peak, but I hope to post more clearly what I have learned from the fast in a week or two. Thanks for reading.
