Well, yes, but Dr. Ward Dean has said this about Metformin for many years. With the human diet so full of things that cause diabetes, I am happy that there is a Smart Drug out there that counteracts a lot of it. I watch my mom suffer with diabetes and I would rather take a pill and prevent it. I eat far better, but I am not perfect and we were all raised on cereal and milk and bread and all the other garbage that kills us. Anyway, I agree with him and commend him for his research and dedication. And, I think it is profound when a medical doctor says everyone over 35 should be on it. I know it's better than waiting until you get diabetes. Diabetes is an epidemic and not everyone is going to eat right or even know how. It is good they at least have the choice of taking Metformin so they don't have to suffer as much. But, I take many Life Extension drugs, not just that. There is a whole cupboard full. I find them more effective than vitamins. The revolution started back in the 70s and 80s with the books Smart Drugs and Smart Drugs II, then was followed up with Life Extension. But Metformin has so many other benefits, that it is definitely a mainstay in my Smart Drug ansenal. In Europe, Smart Drugs are very common. There they practice preventative medicine with them. Here, we practice reactive. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
