My specific ozone protocol is probably out of reach for some for a variety of reasons.

Mainly I have a central venous catheter, also known as a Port-O-Cath. It cost me approx 2.5 thousand dollars US to get it put in surgically at a good hospital in Tijuana. It allows me easy access to apply ozone without having to stick myself with a needle constantly.

I had to get the catheter because I wore my veins out and they sclerosed and shrunk for around 6 months until they healed. They are just now starting to show up again. I don't necessarily recommend this. However I made the decision and it was right for me I feel. There are many pros and cons to weigh out and general anesthetic surgery is no joke. Please make informed decisions as I did.

I did however use butterfly infusion sets for a time. It takes practice but getting a vein is not that hard. I wont go into but, look up some basic information on venipuncture if you are interested in this, read as much as you can and find pictures. Needles are easily accessible on ebay. They arent always sold because technically it is illegal to give needles to anyone w/o an RX but on ebay, there are no questions.

Here are some pointers:
Make sure you alternate sites frequently (IE one arm one day one arm another day)
Don't put in more than 2-3cc's per minute.
I used 27ga needles, I think 25-26 are probably a little better as the small size of the 27ga tended to lead to some trouble for me. Mainly clogging of the needle during treatment, or it falling out of the vein mid treatment due to me moving. The pain is minimal.
Make sure you are laying down with your arm fully extended, bubbles of ozone will catch in bends if you are not careful. It's not risky from what i understand (it eventually diffuses), but it is unpleasant.
If you do fall out of the vein you will inflate the subdermal area of your arm. This is not harmful, only painful and inefficent. The inflation will be absorbed in about 2 hours. It sounds like crackling sometimes and can cause some hideous bruising.
Have someone help you put the needle in! My mom helped me for quite a while until I learned to do this with one hand. It is tricky.

DO NOT EXCEED 60ug/mL concentration of ozone. After this there are considerable negative effects from using ozone. Mostly red blood cell rupture and various other oxidative damages. 50ug/mL is required to kill HIV mycoplasms.

Also, you must have a medical ozone generator. Mine cost 5k for everything, water ozonator, tubing, oxygen tank, lure lock etc. Quality is everything with this item, I would not skimp here.
