eggs are probably ok. yeah, most people still believe the cholesterol myth. our government pounds that kind of misinformation into our brains and most humans are gullable. i am not certain we were meant to eat eggs, logically. they are produced by nature to make baby chickens. i do know that if we eat them, as soon as the yolk is broken, they must be eaten immediately, as they have a chemical reaction and develop toxins. this info can be found in the book Life Extension. it is best to eat them boiled to keep the yolk in tact. i suppose it is better raw, but i cannot stomach that.
about the article, i think it is good info, because if eggs are being sold claiming things that are not true, i want to know. regardless of content, i only buy free range chicken eggs, as they are healthiest. the grain fed is not impressive as a chicken should eat a diet that it would eat in nature, so i try to avoid that label. of course with cow meat, i buy only grass fed.
