i just changed my mind. i saw judge judy and she said she would have put her in kail. so, that is good enough for me. she said if we don't, it teaches us that the criminal justice system is unfair. but, she never said how much time she would give her. i think the big argument is that she got more time than other repeat criminals would have gotten. so, the 45 day sentence or whatever was a little extreme for the crime.
