Hi Jen
I live in Santa Barbara, Cali.
The apple cider vinegar water is good to make skin the right ph after chlorinated water. It'll soften the skin and give it a glow from the minimal acid in it.
You can leave the honey on for 10, 30 or more min.. Just as long as your bath lasts is fine. The spray and honey will help with the skin! And after the bath pat in a tiny bit of cocooil on your face. Really minimal and then dab the excess off with a paper towel. You don't want grease clogging your pores. Don't use soap on your face or anywhere if you ask me. It strips the body of it's good shield. One bathtub with good ingredients has us clean enough. Westerner overdo the soap and desinfecting etc. It's not natural.
I broke my fast today day12. This is my 3rd fast in a year and my hair is falling a bit more than usual. I love my hair. So I'm ready for some good oils and maybe some raw goat yoghurt for my hair.
Where do you live?
I will continue posting on my blog because I am doing a parasite cleanse and just figuring out a good diet. The parasite cl. is supposed to help with addictions, cravings, mood swings and lots more. Man, if that's true!!! It's not expensive. So I figure it's worth a try.Humaworm about $27 or so.
Lots of love
