My husband and I aren't very serious together. We have the most interesting exchanges, with words, with the eyes, without words. We've been together for over six years and we are so close and in love. He is really my anchor and I relate to him from my heart not my mind. I only want to be with those who I can be myself with, pure, innocent, no agenda or critisism, just sweet, simple togetherness.
The fast I am doing is called Breuss cure. You drink a juice made from beet, celery root, carrot, raddish and potatoe by the spoon. Only about 16oz throughout the day. And you get lots of herbal tea. Some apple juice or so is allowed. And broth with a bit of coconutoil and a tiny bit of boullion. It's my day 8 and I will sure go 21 maybe even more days.
I love taking hot baths with epsom salt, essential oils etc. every day to help me stay warm and detox by sweating while on the fast.
I feel so much better than a week ago, already. How are you today?
