I seek only the truth in all things...

First:  Do not extend your argunment...   i.e. Jim Baker, or anyone else has nothing that I see to do with this comparisson... 

Next:  I did not say that  Geo Bush was Harry Truman...  I used the truthful statement of Harry S. Truman...  That it is better to be right; to heck with whats is popular!!    Then if you care to reread my blog the question was " Maybe Pres. Bush is right? "  About pulling out and running on the mid east situation... You might notice the use of Maybe...  HUH!!

Last an occupation is when a nation or political group; comes into a country with plans to stay, like forever...   I do not see how the US is staying forever... HUH!!

And just last week the Premier or President of Iraq said that if the US & the UK troops would stay for another year or two the Iraq Army would be able to take care of itself...  So I do not know where you get your news... 

Still does not seem like an occupation to me...
