It's all about baby steps. You can try fasting for breakfast, then eating two sensible meals the rest of the day. After a while you can try fasting all day and have one small meal at night. Do that for a week, then make that one meal a raw meal. Do that for a week, then eat that small meal every other day, then every three days. Then you'll be ready for your fast.
