You did such an amazing job on your fast. And I can totally relate to these emotions you are having now. But don't worry it is normal. It will take a few days for your body to adjust back to eating.

I found this great new website...... calorieking.com........ that has the calorie and nutrition count on just about everything. Maybe keep a strict food log that counts your calories to help structure your food intake. I have been using the calorieking website for the past week to make sure I keep my calories down to 1200-1400 a day plus exercise and have managed to loose 4 pounds already!

Keep up the good work. And by all means don't beat yourself up. Enjoy the progress you have made.
