Thanks ausjulie for your encouragement. I am feeling better today physically, but I sure am having mental battles. It is so sad that food has such a hold on people. I happen to be one of those people. As for the kiddos.... I have 5, ranging in age from 8 to 7 months. Phew....I'm tired. LOL
