Blog: Tired of Hiding
good morning bloggers!
today is the start of day two. i woke up most of the night peeing, i felt bad because i hate waking my boyfriend up and i'm the least graceful at night sleepy and having to pee badly. lol.
i began the day with my swf and man oh man i felt like i was going to explode. i'm drinking water now, haven't begun the lemonade drink but will shortly. My daughter is home sick now, obvious she caught what my boyfriend and i had. i feel bad.
my house is oddly cold, so turned up the heat. i'm going to browse some boards while sipping my water.

My first night, it seemed I was up every
15 minutes but since then it has slowed
down and I only have gotten up once.
Last night, BEFORE bed, I had drank my
lax tea and my bummy began to rumble and
gurgle and jeez, I ended up just sitting
on the stool reading a good book since
my body had picked that time to jumpstart
some release. Finally, I could go to bed
and slept like a baby.
If you are running hot and cold, try a
hot water bottle or one of those microwavable
seed bags for comfort. My first cleanses, I
carried one around like a baby for a week
or two.
