Dear elad69,
This is an amazing manufacture. I personally take them, only separately. Thanks for reminding me about what life is truly built on: a balance of carb, protein and fat supported with all the necessary vitamins, mineral and a boost of the gastrointestinal tract with good bacteria.
I am still learning how to be healthy. It is harder than I thought. lol
