Squid?!! Yuck!
Just kidding :)) I am so glad we have found each other again. I tried to send you several e-mails, yet I am not sure if it worked. Please, can you let me know if you received them? I attempted thrice today and I have a feeling that at least one might have gone through, yet who knows.
Isabella, I am so proud of you! Really, you are such a fighter and I absolutely believe you can reach your goals and farther! Wow :) And it is so inspirational for me too. Thanks for being, thanks for blogging, keep on and be yourself, dear gal! :)
As regards me, I already said somewhere, though it may have been lost, My last fast fasted only two weeks again. I am planning to embark on another one in the beginning of May or the very end of April, depending on the circumstances. The fasters here in the Czech Republic are usually convinced that 21 days is some kind of magical number for fasting, it seems to me. Everybody wants to reach the "magical 21". The next goal is usually 40 days. There is a kind of a "fasting guru" here on the internet, he went up to 65 days (within his regular annual long fast, I am sure he does shorter ones throughout the whole year as well). He set up some kind of stages for the beginners, a whole calendar on how to proceed (in one year) to reach 40 days in the end of the year (or actually in Autumn, I believe). Lots of people follow the calendar, yet of course me - being an Aries, I am too impatient to go step by step. anyways, twice two weeks since January 2007 and I am hoping for at least those bloody 21 days :) in May. We shall see, I have learnt so far that each of my fasts went differently, which makes me kinda curious. ah, end of story.. :)
All right, I have copied your entries, just in case, and now I am going to read them in peace and quiet. I just wanted to leave a message here for you to know that I have read your message at your previous blog and here I am, so glad to be in touch again! Thanks a lot and ... you know - lots of love and energy!

You know squid isn't THAT bad. lol
Yay, I am so glad to see you. I am experiencing a headache while replying this--detoxification is kicking in. Wow and only Day 1. Unfortunately, I did not receive any emails. My email address is labellavita_21@hotmail.com If it is not too much trouble, could you send any of the saved files from my previous blog? For my own reference. What a pity curezone encountered some problem.
I am impressed by the czechs. Firstly, fasting is not a common practice outside the west, so to hear of ritual fasters aiming for a 21 day or 40 day mark is rather surreal for me. Incidentally, if it was not because of eczema and my subsequent intense research, I would never have stumbled on fasting and undiscover its wonders. It has been a blessing to find an ancient healing practice that proves to be the best medicine. May I ask since what age have you started fasting? Secondly, this is my first time corresponding with a Czech and it is extremely pleasant an encounter, especially when I do not have friends from your country. How the world shrinks with the internet. Maybe I should take my boyfriend there for news year's eve. I heard the country is lovely.
You mentioned that you had a varied experience during different fasts. I do too, but I experience lesser severity of symptoms with progressive fasts. Indeed, some peculiar symptoms appear but confined to certain fasts ie painful leg aches during my previous fast. Did you experience something similar?
How are you doing btw? I am glad I have made friends with a dedicated faster. You spur me to live more healthily. Power to us gals!
Lots of love.
Isabella
