Blog: Master Cleanser
Anyone out there? Please help! Im a smoker who's on the 1st day of the master cleanser. I assume smoking is out of the question since it contributes to bodily toxins. I'm constantly thinking about getting past the first three days without food. What are some good alternatives to not eating? Day 1 isnt too bad but im guessing day 2 isnt going to go as well. Im desparate for tips.
Hopefully Ill have my copy of the Master Cleanser today so that can help me past the time. the SWF is gross and ever grosser with less salt. I downed it all but not in one sitting. Does is get better?
I I get through this, I can do anything.

I don't think smoking while you do the cleanse is a good idea. The second day usually is the worst...you experience most of the hunger, but once you get over that 3 day hump you should be find!! You will most definitely experience withdrawal symptoms like irritability. Try to stay calm and collective. I started a juice fast today, I'm not sure how long I'm going for, but i really need this. I may alternate between juices and the master cleanse. I'm not sure hah. Here is a website i found with hypnosis. I know I know may seem weird, but it's meant for when you're doing the master cleanse. You should just listen to the samples. The lady's voice is very soothing. I think it could help you alot, but if you ordered it it may not get to you soon enough. Hope I helped and good luck to you! You can do this! here's the site check it out!
