I think at this point the cleanse has become really easy. In fact right now I think I will have no problem going another 10 days. Energy is good, cravings are pretty much nonexistent. Even licking the maple syrup spoon after making the drinks is a little too sweet for me now.
The weight loss has plateaued it seems. The last two days I've only lost perhaps a 1 lbs. At the beginning I was around 226 and now I'm hovering around 212 and slowly losing everyday now.
Tomorrow is the minimum duration period. I'm going longer. I really love the lightness on my feet. Even 12 lbs can make such a difference.

Hi there,
I've been drinking around 8-10 glasses a day. However, days 12 and 13 I found I was drinking only 7 a day - and not feeling hungry at all.
