Forgiveness: Forgive youself and others of any harm done to yourself or others
Forgiving is forgetting...not just forgiving and putting it in a bag to take out later...and use against yourself or others. I have a couple of memories that I will pull out of my memories to abuse myself with. When I get those memories, sometimes I abuse myself by rehearsing, "I hate myself." I know my body hears this message and it effect my life. When that voice or spirit of self abuse begins calling me, I ask Yah to forgive me although that was already done and then I forgive myself. When I follow through to self-forgiveness, the results are less physical pain. I am generally a vey positive person and I lived with chronic and deblitating pain for over 20 years. If it was not for forgiveness, I believe I would not be here today. I lived with 5-7 pain for 20 years and for about 5 of those years, I was living with 7-9 pain(10 being death). In a state of forgiveness, the ringing in my ears from pain subsided.
Niacin: A special form of Niacin called Inositol Hexanicthinate is a natural way to give the body what it needs for forgiveness. I can't explain that well but lack of forgiveness resides in a place of the body that can be influenced by Niacin. Inositol
is a form that doesn't affect the gut in the way that other forms of Niacin do.
Pain is not a disease but a rather a warning signal from our body to change. If my body is sending me a red flag, pain, I know that I am supposed to find a solution but
masking the pain with drugs is only a temporary solution. If we were a car and our warning light came on, we would look to see if we have water and oil first and check to see if your battery(pH) was okay. Human bodies are much the same.
Make sure to drink lots of distilled water every day with a pinch of unrefined sea salt or use Owen's recipe of putting 12 grains of rice in a 1 gallon glass container
for mineralized water.
Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar is a great acid that make one alkaline. A battery low on acid will begin becoming very acidic. Drink a glass of unsweetened appl juice, grape juice, or carrot juice with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider with a dash of cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne, or whatever your gut tells you every day.
Gut intelligence is important. Ask your gut what it needs and learn to listen. Stick with whatever you are doing though to get complete results. One tablet of fulvic acid, one time, is probably not going to cure FIBROMYALGIA.

- Possible Cause of Fibromyalgia! by ellyk

Your list of cures (treatments) for fibromyalgia is helpful. However, it is important to note that fibromyalgia as a diagnosis is only a description of a list of symptoms. The "CAUSE" of pain and stiffness in the muscles and joints is UNKNOWN.
I was suffering from a MULTITUDE of physical symptoms including fibromyalgia for 12 years. After seeking help from doctor after doctor, specialist after specialist, and having test after test, I finally found a Infectious Disease Specialist who properly diagnosed the cause of my symptoms.
My Infectious Disease Specialist told me that 80 percent of the patients that come into his office with a diagnosis of FIBROMYALGIA test positive for LYME DISEASE!!!
So, if you suffer from fibromyalgia, I encourage you to find the CAUSE and proper treatment of your symptoms. Please find an Infectious Disease Specialist who can test you for various infections - including the illusive LYME INFECTION.
