Blog: Seunim...My Master Cleanse Journey & More
Greetings…
Woohooo!!! I made it to my original goal of 10 days. I am so proud of my success and meeting my original goal. Once again today, I feel fantastic. However, I have decided to go another five days on my cleanse. Here is the reasoning for my decision. First and most importantly, I am still eliminating a lot of diseased gunk out of my body. Last night at 2:30 am, I woke up and had another huge mudslide. The fact that I am still passing this much old fecal matter is an indication to me that I need to press on with cleansing my body. I have to believe that the amount of cayenne I am using coupled with the mini-trampoline, it really working to loosen up all that gunk inside of me. Secondly, despite the fact I have not experienced the white furry tongue that others usually experience, I still have very rancid breath, which is yet another indication that I am still detoxing. So, my new goal is for 15 days, and then I will evaluate where I am at, and make a decision weather to break or continue on a bit more.
Like many of you out there, I am not only doing the cleanse to rid my body of toxins, but also to lose weight. Frankly, I am amazed at what I have been able to accomplish in that regard since beginning the entire process on June 17th. If you have read my entire blog, you know that prior to beginning the master cleanse, I did a colon cleanse, parasite cleanse, and liver flush. When I began the process, I was at 227 lbs. Here is where I’m at today.
Pre-cleanse weight: 227 lbs.
Start Master Cleanse: 219 lbs.
Day 2: 215 lbs.
Day 3: 212 lbs.
Day 4: 210 lbs.
Day 5: 209 lbs.
Day 6: 209 lbs.
Day 7: 207 lbs.
Day 8: 206 lbs.
Day 9: 204 lbs.
Day 10: 202 lbs.
My ultimate goal is to get to 190 lbs. So I am not that far away. Hang in there fellow cleansers. If a single dad in his forties with two young kids can do this, it is possible for you as well. Have a super day.
What Is Success?
Wealth. A lofty position in society. Luxurious possessions. Power. These are the benchmarks by which many people define success. A big bank account is too often valued over intelligence, kindness, fulfillment, or generosity. But what is real success? Poet Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote that it is "To laugh often and much...To appreciate beauty...To give of one's self" and "To have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation." His striking words hold a deeper meaning about the unique relationship between the path to success and the eventual destination. The most successful people, those who feel most accomplished, are simply those who have taken the necessary steps to do that which they have always wanted to do.
As human beings, we require spiritual fulfillment as well as material gain. Like all things of value, the search for success requires hard work, a positive attitude, will power, and determination. But while true success comes when we pursue meaningful goals and explore new challenges, the path to success has many branches.
Peace and happiness

Yay! That 10 days sure seemed soooo fast. Glad you are staying on board longer since we are not tired of your company or contributions.
I used a rebounder to activate the cayenne too. Not many do so your experience there reinforces my idea that it does help loosen stuff since I did not have a way to have a "control" except not to do it one of my cleanses and why do that. I know it is a fine way to move your lymph too so may as well do that! We have a big trampoline which is nice too but the rebounder you are using is really effective and your children can really benefit from using it too.
I am also so glad you blogged your experience since even when you do move back into your active life, you will leave behind a way for people to share your journey and your triumphs and learning experience.
OH, my first cleanse, my tongue did not even fur over until the second week. You are still charting a detox course well within normal...although certainly that is relative to the amount of cayenne you are using and what other issues your body is up against. Again, your pre-fast cleansing is giving you payback now!
Thank you for sharing and best to you on this last leg of your journey! Perhaps you will go even further...but for now, we'll count down one day at a time...
Thanks for sharing!
be happy, be well,
Zoe

As always, thanks for your contined advise and support. If it wasn't for you, I would have never done this blog. However, this has been very sustaining in my journey towards a better me. I'm still waiting on the turbo charged cayenne, hopefully today, as well as my body brush. I'm excited about giving that a try. Thanks again for everything.
Peace
