Blog: First Fast Ever for 31 yr alcoholic male
Man my hunger lasted 2 good days, but I think it might be gone for a while because today I felt so great and it reminded me why I'm fasting. I feel so light I could probably do a dive roll right now. I get burst of energy in a great way. This is life! Life is not being bloated and sitting down after eating and watching TV. We are so screwed up in America. People want to work out and get fit and wonder why they can't do it. It is because there is so much crap in us its hard to move! I have seen what was in me from the SAD diet and even though I really think it will take me more times to fast to be able to break it, I eventually will. It is not good for us. It might seem like it taste good, but what has happened, is we found a way to do everything quicker and more convenient.
Think of this... something I just thought about.....
If the only way to lose weight and not die at age 10 was to eat bugs, how many people would do it? Let's say that life was infinite if you ate bugs...
So first there is a guy that finds it... He ate a bug! Gross... everyone thought he would die because they knew little about bugs. He actually lived to age 10 and 1 days. Then he died. Next person to eat a bug decided to eat two. He lived a day longer than the first guy. Then there was a guy that decided to show the rest of the world that he could live longer than the other two. He started eating bugs when he was age 5 and lived to a ripe old age of 20!
When he was 8 years old he had a kid though and he started his kids on bugs only. That kid is still alive today and it has been 100 years. Kids need to know that healthy eating is good for them and not only that be introduced in many different ways so that they might accept one of them. It is one of the most important keys to to this life!
I want to introduce a good eating plan to my 4 year old. I can see that most of every eating plan is taught. Isn't it the same way with terrorists? (suicidal bombers in paticular) It is our choice and even though this is my first fast ever. I have learned a lot.
